ImageTrend AI Assist
The AI Assist functionality in Elite is designed to speed up data entry by allowing providers to scan an image or record their voice for a short time, and then have Elite analyze the information in the image or voice recording and fill details into the appropriate incident form fields. AI Assist knows medication terminology and abbreviations in addition to other medical terminology.
AI Assist is included in Elite as a standard feature after your site receives the v25.08 release, scheduled for September 30, 2025.
Maine EMS anticipates enabling AI Assist on October 1, 2025. When doing so, it will default to being turned on for all agencies and users. If you do not wish your agency to use AI Assist, you can turn it off for your agency in your agency configuration.
