Maine EMS anticipates enabling AI Assist on October 1, 2025. When doing so it will default to being turned on for all agencies.

If you do not wish your agency to use AI Assist, you can turn it off for your agency. Agency Admins are able to Enable and Disable AI Assist for the entire agency as follows:

1. Drop down the caret by your agency name

2. Click the Configuration link

3. To turn AI Assist on for your agency set AI Assist Enabled = Yes

4. To turn AI Assist off for your agency set AI Assist Enabled = No

5. Click Save
