Enabling and Disabling AI Assist for specific users
Maine EMS anticipates enabling AI Assist on October 1, 2025. When doing so it will default to being turned on for all agencies.
If you do not wish specific users in your agency to use AI Assist, you can turn it off for those users. Agency Admins are able to Set a users permission to utilize AI Assist as follows:

1. Drop down the caret by your agency name
2. Click the Users link

| 3. In the list of the agencies, users click the user's Last Name link or First Name link to open the user's record. |

4. Click the Permission Objects tab
5. Type AI into the Search box in the upper right
6. Toggle the EMS AI Assist radio button to either Yes (to enable) or No (to disable) the feature for the user.

If AI Assist is not currently enabled for your agency, you must enable it. If not enabled for your agency, no users in your agency will have access to the feature..

1. Drop down the caret by your agency name
2. Click the Configuration link
|

|
3. To turn AI Assist on for your agency, set AI Assist Enabled = Yes
4. Click Save
