Sending ticket to ImageTrend

If you are having trouble with something technical in MEFIRS, you can find information about submitting a ticket to ImageTrend through these steps:

1.      In MEFIRS, go to your Community tab and choose "Help/University"

2.      On the left side of your screen, scroll down the folder list until you see the "Help and Support" folder

3.      Open the “Contacting Support” folder to find information on contacting ImageTrend

** We suggest you use the email address to contact ImageTrend. The ticket link doesn’t seem to work for most people.
