Receiving Emails from Maine EMS
Maine EMS manages numerous information assets, and you may receive emails from them. Such emails would include:
- Clinical bulletins
- Operational bulletins
- Important messages about your license, including your license card
- Training course notifications
- Training certificates
- Important changes to MEFIRS
- Password resets
- Meeting information and updates
The email address would include:
- EMS@subscriptions.maine.gov
- DPS@subscriptions.maine.gov
- Maine.EMS@maine.gov
- noreply@learningportal.memsed.org
- support@support.maineems.org
- noreply@maine.imagetrendlicense.com
To ensure you receive important emails from Maine EMS Systems, we recommend adding the email address from which these emails will be sent to your safe sender list (sometimes called a "whitelist" or "allowlist"). This informs your email provider that you trust messages from us, which helps prevent them from being directed to your junk or spam folder.
Here are instructions for some of the most common email providers.
Gmail
The easiest way to whitelist an email is to find it in your spam folder and mark it as safe.
-
Check your Spam Folder: If you find an email from {{email address from above}} in your Spam folder, open it.
-
Mark as Not Spam: Click the "Report not spam" or "Looks safe" button at the top of the email.

Other Email Providers
If your email provider is not listed above, the process is usually similar. We recommend searching online for "how to add a safe sender in [Your Email Provider's Name]" for specific instructions. Adding the email to your email contacts or address book can also help.
