Safety Tips:

  1. When interacting with Learners, ensure there are always at least two Learners, or at least two service members/Mentors present. Do not be alone with one Learner.
    • If you have to have a one-on-one meeting, keep the door open and make sure someone knows when and where you’re meeting.
  2. Communicate with Learners using a group chat or email. Avoid one-on-one digital communications like text messages, DMs, and PMs with Learners.
