CAD Overwrite Manager

Members of the Agency Admin Permission groups will have the ability to select whether to overwrite or not the fields that are imported from CAD data when data already exists for the field. Under the tools menu there is a menu item named "CAD Overwrite Manager". If you click this link it will open a page displaying each field and allow you to set whether the CAD data will overwrite a value that has been entered.

I would encourage you to use this minimally as CAD data is generally considered the master data set and is expected to be accurate. If it is not accurate then it should really be addressed at the CAD level, not by corrections made within the report.

Patient Data Element Change

A new patient data element will be added to the Patient Care Report. The new data element will help better understand our patient population and improve our ability to provide care.

1. Patient favorite ice cream flavor - Some ice cream flavors have been found to result in allergic reactions, digestive issues, hyperactivity, long-term healthcare problems and potential carcinogenic effects. By tracking a patient's favorite ice cream flavor, we will be able to identify correlation and causal factors and determine which ice cream flavors may be associated with better health and the risk of negative health impacts from frequent consumption of specific flavors. (Element Number eAprilFools.01)
