Maine EMS no longer provides a list of approved online training entities (e.g., CE Solutions) and courses for continuing education hours(CEH). As the availability of these courses grows, it becomes necessary to set a standard for approval. We accept training from entities approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Prehospital Continuing Education(CAPCE) for credit. We will apply this credit at the time of renewal with a copy of your completion certificate or transcript demonstrating the training and completed hours. The category for which the credit will be applied will directly correlate to the class category. Of note, you cannot complete skills hours in an online format.
