Realizing there are several different oxygen cylinder and regulators, is there a specific one that the candidate should always test on

Solution

No.  As long as the candidate is familiar with (or familiarizes with) the equipment, there is no particular cylinder or regulator specified.

A charged oxygen cylinder and regulator is required at the Oxygen Administration By Non-Rebreather Mask station.  A non-charged (i.e.., empty) oxygen tank, and regulator may be used at the BVM Ventilation of an Apneic Patient station.

Airway skills must be performed at ground level.  The manikin must be placed and remain on the floor for the airway skills.
